- The first landscape design meeting is normally around 2 hours long depending on the size of the project. In this meeting we talk about the landscape project, the needs, the wants, future plan, problem areas, etc. We go through everything.

3. Layout Plan
Layout plan – has a lot of information on it.-It describes the landscape project, its features and elements within the yard.
5. Planting Plan
Planting Schedule
- Plant Names – Common Name and Latin Name
- For DIY project recommend sizes will be listed within plant schedule
- Planting plan reports are extra – these reports have a lot more information that is included. For example – plant sizes, pros and cons, recommendations, and more if requested by the client.
6. Irrigation Plan
Irrigation Design Plans:
- Each irrigation plan has been calculated into each zone for the most efficient irrigation system possible.
- Irrigation plans can be designed for DIY projects.
- With the recommend suppliers to purchase the irrigation system materials you require for the project.
7. Landscape Lighting Plan
- Lighting plans are a lot like Irrigation plans, each plan will be calculated into lighting runs.
- Each plan will have the recommended fixture for the location.
- Landscape lighting can be used for safety on commercial location or parks.
- 3D renderings for landscape lighting is a extra to the design process, but it is a handle tool to help visualise the plan.
8. Construction Detail
- Mostly for DIY projects
- Custom construction details – Are Extra
- Custom features can be drafted, if necessary for the construction

10. 3D rendering
- 3D rendering is an extra to the design process, Not every design has this process.
- These kinds of renderings are used in cases where the client is needing help visualising the project.
- Depending on the landscape project, 3D Rendering can be drafted for small sections of the project or the full project.
